We are keenly aware of the trust you place in us and our responsibility to protect your privacy. As part of this responsibility, we let you know what information we collect when you use our products and services, why we collect it and how we use it to improve your experience. All data we hold comes directly from you. It includes name, address, contact details, where and when you are getting married, and your dress and accessory details.

We keep your information while you are our customer and afterwards only where necessary, for example, for VAT returns or other legal reasons. We will only keep it for as long as we need to.

For security, legal and training purposes we may record and monitor telephone calls and voice mails left on our answer machine; such recordings are deleted as soon as they have been dealt with or replied. We also record external and internal CCTV images for security reasons; the recordings are deleted after 31 days, but could be made available to the police, on their request, within this period.
We will disclose your personal information only to:
